Booths will be positioned for maximum exposure during the event and special vendor shopping will be incorporated into the event to bring patrons and awareness to your product and service.

Vendor names and links to vendor site will be displayed on the Snap Out of It! Conference site.

Tweets to over 30,000 twitter followers will be tweeted about the vendors and sponsors participating in the Snap Out of It! Women's Conference

Face Book announcements about our vendors will also go out for those participating in our Snap Out of It! Conference

Additional Information

• 8' x 8' Skirted table at event • Double Space at event (if desired)
• 2 chairs will be provided for each exhibitor booth space
  
• Exhibitors are responsible for table signs and decorative table covers if desired
• You can bring bottled water and snacks into your booth
• Meal tickets for lunch and cocktail party can be purchased for booth attendees for $40 each that covers the two days of breakfast, lunch and cocktail party.
• No more than two people in the booth at a time.
  
• You may switch out booth attendees througout the conference. Each attendee must have a name badge worn at all times.
  

Can’t be there but want to get your name out?

Participate in the goodie bags for $200. We will be stuffing 200 bags. This is a great way to make sure that our attendees will learn more about your programs & services, even if you can’t be at the event. You will receive recognition on our website and 1 live mention at the event.
